Job Summary
Our client is currently looking for bank and permanent Sonographers for various locations throughout the UK. Locations include: Bradford, Wakefield, Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, London, Essex, Suffolk, Basingstoke, Chippenham, Cambridge, Windsor, Dagenham and Welwyn Garden City

Responsible To
Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
Working in the independent sector for one of the UK's leading innovative ultrasound companies, you will join a team of highly experienced medical professionals providing a wide range on Non Obstetric, Obstetric, Gynaecological ultrasound examinations including Nuchal and 4D scans.

Skills & Experience
Have HPC registration (Where appropriate) DMU or PgDip in medical ultrasound or equivalent (Sonographers with only a PgC in general ultrasound may be considered, depending on experience) Have extensive clinical ultrasound experience Have the ability to write reports independently Maintain continuing professional development in line with HPC requirements for continued UK registration Be able to speak English to Level 7 under the International English Language System Assessment Scheme Undertake ultrasound examinations and provide diagnostic reports to assist in patient management Assist in the training and assessment of other staff Comply with the MHRA guidance on Ultrasound safety and have a working understanding of the guidelines for ultrasound equipment in clinical use Have high technical skill levels in all aspects of ultrasound scanning Acquire, interpret and report on all ultrasound examinations requested in differing and demanding environments
