Applicants wishing to apply for this permanent post as specialist registrar based in Nottingham must be MB ChB or equivalent medical qualification FRCS / FRCS (Orth)/(Plas) or equivalent on taking up post. This post provides one year’s advanced training in Hand Surgery for Senior Orthopedic or Plastic surgery trainees who wish to take up a Consultant post offering a special interest in Hand Surgery.

The post is recognized for one year of higher surgical training by the Standing Liaison Group in Hand Surgery and by the Orthopedic and Plastics SAC Royal College of Surgeons.

The applicant must hold an NTN in Orthopedic/ Plastics recognized training program at Registrar level and should be committed to hand Surgery.
